Our StaffCliff Graziano, Sr -- President & General Manager / Head Coach"Coach" has been involved in youth hockey for over 30 years, filling various roles of Head coach, Assistant coach, Defense & Off Ice Training specialist and Director of hockey, at the mite thru the junior levels. He has a USA Hockey Level 4 coaching certification and has had previous affiliations that include Team Rangers, New Jersey Rockets, New Jersey Arrows, New Jersey Devils, New Jersey Colonials, New Jersey Devils Junior “B”, Morris Hills High School and presently the New Jersey Renegades. The New Jersey Renegades Hockey Club was founded in February 1999 and where he currently serves as Board member, Financial planner, General manager and Head Coach.
"Teaching the game is what I like to do best. But , I really enjoy all aspects of coaching. From on-ice activities and locker room chalk talks to classroom discussions. I believe that it is important not only to teach but to test players so they learn the game correctly. My main goal in coaching youth hockey is to pass on my knowledge to the next generation of players so that they can learn to love the game as have past generations and then hopefully give something back to the sport". Cliff Graziano, Jr -- VP & Hockey Director / Head CoachCliff graduated from Penn State University in 1995 with a BS in Recreation Management. Along the way, he won the Nittany Lion MVP in 1991, the P.S.U. Ice Hockey Dedication Award in 1994, and the PSU Ice Hockey Offensive Player of the Year Award in 1995. After graduation he received a tryout in the Detroit Red Wing Association and went on to play briefly with the Jacksonville Bullets, a Detroit Red Wing affiliate. Coach Graziano has been coaching hockey since 1995. He is a USA Hockey certified Advanced Level 4 coach and is in the process of attaining the Level 5 Masters certification. Some of the hockey programs Cliff has been affiliated with include, Turcotte Stickhandling School (Head Instructor 1994-present), Morris Hills High School (Head Varsity Coach 1995-1999), New Jersey Colonials (Midget Coach 1997-1998), Nothing But Net Hockey Skills, Montgomery, MD (Head Instructor 1997-present), Team Rangers (Head Coach 2003), New Jersey Renegades (On-Ice Director 2000-present). Coach Graziano is also the Head Coach & GM of the NJ Renegades MJHL Jr B Team. He was most recently selected as the Head Coach & GM of the 2010 MJHL "Best of the Rest" All Star Team at Nationals in Marlborough, Massachussets where the team had a record of 3 wins - 1 loss. Amy Graziano -- AdministratorAmy has been with the Renegades since the first season that being she is part of the Royal family. Amy joined the staff five years ago as an assistant to the General Manager. Through her hard work and dedication she has progressed to become the Administrator for the club. Working with her husband and father in law is not always easy, but with her pleasant disposition and hard work ethic Amy has made the transition in flawless fashion. Among her many responsibilities Amy is the Team Manager Coordinator and also volunteers as a team manager for her son Nick's team. We are proud and lucky to have such a warmhearted and gifted staff member. Chris Ceransky -- Associate Coach & Goalie CoachChris Ceransky - Assistant Junior Coach, Director Midget Program / Head Coach & Goalie Coach Chris has been with the Renegades for five years. He began his coaching career as an associate coach and goalie coach in the Renegades system. Coach Ceransky's hockey playing experience includes stints with Hudson Catholic (state champions), Paramus Catholic and Castleton State College. Coach Ceransky has been instrumental in the Junior's team rise to respectability and will now use his experience and knowledge in his new position of Midget program Director. Chris is also the owner/founder of Net University School for goaltenders. Brayden FaheyBrayden joined the Renegades as an assistant coach with the Junior program in their first season. Prior to that he coached for the Flemington Hawks, as well as several house league programs. Brayden began his journey into ice hockey at the Bridgewater Sports Arena at the age of seven. Playing early in the house league for Coach Miko and later joining the travel club the Bridgewater Bears. He spent a few summers of high school playing for Coach Miko at Governor Livingston High School. " My interest in coaching was found at a young age, while assisting at various camps and clinics as a player". Brayden currently holds a Level 3 USA Hockey Coaching Certification. Ian MacKellar -- Associate CoachIan played at all levels of amateur hockey including youth AAA and US Junior A. Along the way, he had the good fortune to play in several Michigan State championships, Regional Championships and the 1984 Midget AAA National Championship. In 1985, he was named the 2nd ranked player in the state of Missouri and was selected to tryout for the U18 US National Team. Ian has a level 3 USA Hockey coaching certification and has been a head coach for nine seasons. In addition to his coaching experiences, Ian was the president of the Board for the Kalamazoo Hockey Association in Michigan from 2005 - 2009. Chris Mikolajczyk -- Associate CoachChris played college hockey at Paul Smith's college graduating in 1990. He began his coaching career at Bridgewater Arena and has been involved in high school hockey since 1999. Coach "Miko" has coached at Governor Livingston, Randolph HS, Hunderton Central and is currently with the Hillsborough HS varsity program. Chris has been with the renegades since 2008 and has coached mites, squirts and midgets. He has a Level 4 USA Hockey Coaching certification and serves as a recruiting liaison for several junior colleges in the NJ & NY areas including CCM. Pat Pellegrino -- Associate CoachPat has been playing hockey for 40 years and coaching for 25. He played on travel teams along the way (most of the time with the NJ Golden Blades in Newark) and at Kean College. After Kean, Pat played for the Newark Sabres (at that time it was a semi pro team). He has coached travel teams at Ironbound, Mercer Chiefs, Lehigh Valley Comets, and the Bridgewater Bears, from mites to junior levels. Pat is a USA Hockey level 4 coach. Pat has been with the Renegades for five years and is employed at Aspen Ice as a Hockey/Skating IInstructor w/ISI.
