Cliff Graziano, Sr — President

“Coach”, the founding father of the NJ Renegades has been involved in the ice hockey community for over 35 years. His coaching resume begins with the original NJ Rockets out of Ice World in Totowa, NJ. In addition to the Rockets, he has coached for the NJ Arrows, NJ Devils youth, NJ Devils Jrs, NJ Colonials, NY Rangers Tournament Teams, NJ Renegades and Morris Hills H.S. On ice specialties are defense and systems. Off ice specialties include supplemental and/or cross training, nutrition and especially chalk talk. His love and passion for the game have been engrainned into the Renegades philosophy through honesty, integrity and respect.

Cliff Graziano, Jr — VP / General Manager / Hockey Director

Cliff graduated from Penn State University in 1995 with a BS in Recreation Management. Along the way, he won the Nittany Lion MVP in 1991, the P.S.U. Ice Hockey Dedication Award in 1994, and the PSU Ice Hockey Offensive Player of the Year Award in 1995. After graduation he received a tryout in the Detroit Red Wing Association and went on to play briefly with the Jacksonville Bullets, a Detroit Red Wing affiliate. Coach Graziano has been coaching hockey since 1995. He is a USA Hockey certified Advanced Level 4 coach and is in the process of attaining the Level 5 Masters certification. Some of the hockey programs Cliff has been affiliated with include, Turcotte Stickhandling School (Head Instructor 1994-present), Morris Hills High School (Head Varsity Coach 1995-1999), New Jersey Colonials (Midget Coach 1997-1998), Nothing But Net Hockey Skills, Montgomery, MD (Head Instructor 1997-present), Team Rangers (Head Coach 2003), New Jersey Renegades (On-Ice Director 2000-present). Coach Graziano is also the Head Coach and General Manager of the NJ Renegades MJHL Jr B Team. He was most recently selected as the Head Coach and General Manager of the 2010 MJHL “Best of the Rest” All Star Team at Nationals in Marlborough, Massachusetts where the team had a record of 3 wins and 1 loss.

Amy Graziano — Administrator

Amy has been with the Renegades since the first season that being she is part of the Royal family. Amy joined the staff five years ago as an assistant to the General Manager. Through her hard work and dedication she has progressed to become the Administrator for the club. Working with her husband and father in law is not always easy, but with her pleasant disposition and hard work ethic Amy has made the transition in flawless fashion. Among her many responsibilities Amy is the Team Manager Coordinator and also volunteers as a team manager for her son Nick’s team. We are proud and lucky to have such a warmhearted and gifted staff member.

Pete Rossi — Head Coach

Peter graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2008 with a Major in Political Science and Minor in Economics. While attending Lebanon Valley he played 90 games for their NCAA Division 3 hockey team. Prior to attending Lebanon Valley he played locally for Princeton Day School, the Mercer Chief and Junior Titan Programs. During this time he also graduated from the Atlantic District USA Hockey Select Program. After graduating from Lebanon Valley Peter attended Florida Coastal School of Law, where he received his law degree in 2011 and that same year was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar. While In law school Peter started coaching, taking the reigns of the 2000 Florida Storm Selects and Jacksonville Barracudas. He also became a skill coach with Jr. Ice Dogs program working with players ranging in ages from 5 to 20. After returning from Florida Peter worked in the Mercer Chief program coaching the 2000 AAA, 1998AAA, U16 A, and U18 A teams. Peter joined the Renegades last year as an Assistant Coach with the Junior team, and takes the reigns this year as Head Coach. He is a USA Hockey Level 4 Certified Coach.

Mike Vishnevetsky — Goalie Coach / Assistant Coach / Scout

Michael Vishnevetsky grew up in St. Louis, MO playing for the St. Louis Tier 1 AAA Jr. Blues organization. Michael was trained by Vladislav Tretiak and has worked with many NHL goalies (Evgeni Nabokov, Ilya Bryzgalov, Robert Esche, and others.) In 2010 Michael Vishnevetsky was drafted 14thoverall in the KHL draft by Spartak Moscow. In his rookie year at the age of 19 Michael backed up the legend Dominik Hasek. Michael was top 10 in save percentage in the minor league as a rookie. Michael now has joined the Renegades organization and helps with all aspects of the team, but focuses his attention mostly on the goalies. Michael brings an experience that no other coach in the area can relate to and he shares his experiences and what he has learned with all the players.
